The brief
Palmer ProTax™ serves small business owners—contractors, medical practices, startups, real estate investors, and consulting firms—who are brilliant at their craft but overwhelmed by financial blind spots. Founder Kyle Palmer wanted a brand and website that reflected a different kind of accounting firm: proactive strategy, year-round partnership, and clarity instead of fear.
The site had to communicate tax planning, bookkeeping, compliance, and advisory services; introduce the team and origin story; publish insights for prospects; answer common questions; and convert visitors into consultations—all while feeling premium, approachable, and unmistakably Palmer ProTax™.
Strategy-first, built to convert
Geogram designed and developed the site on Webflow with a deep navy palette, chartreuse accent, and a typographic pairing of Bodoni Moda, Merriweather, and Jost. The homepage hero—Going beyond bookkeeping. We are built for your growth.—sets the tone immediately, with sector tags, commitment pillars, and dual CTAs toward intake and service plans.
A mega-menu surfaces tax solutions, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory at a glance. Interior pages carry the narrative: About tells Kyle’s origin story, Insights hosts articles and Mailchimp subscribe, FAQ covers onboarding and services, and Contact routes prospects to hello@palmerprotax.com and the Denton, TX office.
