Geogram led the transition from DFW Books and Tax to Palmer ProTax™—name, positioning, logo, voice, and visual system for a firm that sells strategy, not just compliance.
The objective
Kyle Palmer founded a firm that was outgrowing its name. DFW Books and Tax sounded regional and transactional—fine for bookkeeping, but not for the high-touch tax strategy and advisory work Kyle was building with medical practices, contractors, and high-net-worth clients.
Geogram’s brief was to establish a memorable, professional identity that positions Palmer ProTax™ as a strategic financial partner—distinct from DIY software and impersonal CPA firms where clients feel like just another number.
